VPN is not working? No problem, Read this to solve.

1.Download and install forticlient VPN

Download Forticlient for windows
Download Forticlient for Linux

2.Start Forticlient VPN

Click on 'Configure VPN'

3.Copy these options



*Make sure that you marked the custom port option

Click on Save

4.Log in with your username and password



*When a new windows appears, make sure to accept the certificate

--in case you prefer open source--



*You can use 'openfortivpn' a open source alternative to forticlient vpn

-$ openfortivpn 158.109.48.5:10443 -u *username*

then you should add the "trusted-cert = ..." line provided on the error to "/etc/openfortivpn/config" file.
