Some services are restricted by the UAB cause cybersecurity reasons.
also, and for the same reason, some services are restricted by the firewall of the CRM.

Services as:

SSH (In some cases its opened by request)
TeamViewer
Anydesk
PING
RDP
NTP
FTP
and more...

if your issue is related with connection to some service in the internet from the CRM,
please, let a ticket or talk directly with the network administrators.

however, if your issue is related with connection to some service in the CRM intranet from your home, or from anywhere out of the crm.
you can use the

VPN

to connect, and ask for the ip of the device/service you want to access. (if you don't know).
